2003 to 2006 | California State University- East Bay (formerly Hayward) This is a five week online course that teaches students how to write objectives, and emerges the students in Multiple Learning Styles, Constructivism, and Bloom’s taxonomy activities. Some of the teaching strategies included building learning communities, discussion board participation, and group collaboration. Some of the topics studied include, Advanced Organizers, Online games, Mnemonics, Case Studies, Concept Attainment. For the final project the students write course objectives for their course and design teaching strategies based on what they have learned from the course. |
